Jennifer Lynch, Psy.D.

Dr. Jennifer Lynch earned her Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles campus. She completed her internship and postdoctoral training at Clifford Beers Clinic in New Haven, Connecticut. Upon completing her fellowship, she continued working in their psychology department as a staff psychologist, where she assisted in developing the testing program, conducted autism and psychological assessments, treated patients with a spectrum of disorders, and supervised interns.  Prior to her degree in psychology, Dr. Lynch worked as an elementary school teacher for second through fourth grades.

Dr. Lynch trained at the Renewed Freedom Center as a pre-doctoral practicum intern in 2012 – 2013, and has extensive experience treating adults and children diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder and related anxiety disorders. She utilizes a CBT approach, incorporating mindfulness when working with children, adults, and families. In addition, she is credentialed in Evidence-Based Treatments including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Child Parent Psychotherapy.
