This 5-week training group provides individuals with concrete tools to manage difficult emotions and minimize suffering in daily life. Attention is focused on cultivating the capacity to cope with anxiety, depression, and life dissatisfaction, while learning techniques on how to live a more meaningful and purposeful life.
Spring / Summer Parent Booster Workshop
Learn to support your child, NOT OCD!
This two-part 90-min parent workshop offers effective tips and strategies for families to help manage their child’s OCD. The workshop addresses how to best respond to meltdowns, preparing for transitions, minimizing setbacks, and understanding anxiety.
Teen Assertiveness Workshop
Teen’s guide to being less passive!
This 4-week workshop is designed to assist teens in learning and practicing assertive communication skills to use in day-to-day life. Designed for adolescents, ages 13-18, this workshop offers skills for effective communication with peers and adults while providing ample opportunities for practice in real world settings.
Your Mommy & Me group with a remix!
This 10-week play and support group for pregnant moms to early walkers focuses on soothing the caregiver while soothing the baby. Each session uses expressive art, baby massage, development and sensory play to build connections and attachment between mother and child. Discussions of the “dirty little secrets of motherhood” are shared amongst group members.
